TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Lucky 2000 KTV ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our karaoke entertainment services located at 171 Chợ Lớn, Phường 11, Quận 6, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam, and our website karaokelucky.com.
By making a reservation, visiting our premises, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
2. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms:

"Customer" or "You" refers to any individual or group booking or using our karaoke services

"Services" refers to karaoke room rental, food and beverage services, and related entertainment offerings

"Premises" refers to our physical location at 171 Chợ Lớn, District 6, Ho Chi Minh City

"Booking" refers to any reservation made through phone, WhatsApp, WeChat, or in person
3. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENTS
3.1. Minimum Age: Customers must be at least 18 years old to book and use our private karaoke rooms without adult supervision.
3.2. Minor Guests: Minors under 18 may use our services only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who assumes full responsibility for the minor's conduct and compliance with these Terms.
3.3. Identification: We reserve the right to request valid government-issued identification to verify age and identity.
4. RESERVATIONS AND BOOKINGS

4.2. Booking Confirmation: All reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of verbal or written acknowledgment from our staff. Room availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.
4.3. Deposit Requirements: During peak hours (Friday-Sunday and public holidays), we may require a deposit equivalent to one hour's room charge. Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.
4.4. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 24+ hours before scheduled time: Full refund of deposit

Cancellations made 12-24 hours before: 50% refund of deposit

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before or no-shows: No refund
4.5. Late Arrivals: Customers arriving more than 30 minutes late may forfeit their reservation without refund during peak periods.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
5.1. Pricing Structure: Room rates are charged per hour and vary based on room size, day of week, and time of day. Current rates are displayed at our premises and available upon request.
5.2. Minimum Charges: A minimum charge may apply during peak hours and special events.
5.3. Additional Services: Food, beverages, and special equipment rentals are charged separately according to our published menu.
5.4. Payment Methods: We accept cash (Vietnamese Dong, USD, RMB) and major credit/debit cards. Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.
5.5. Service Charges: A service charge may be added to the final bill as per Vietnamese hospitality industry standards.
5.6. Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice. Confirmed bookings honor the rate quoted at time of reservation.
6. CUSTOMER CONDUCT AND HOUSE RULES
6.1. Prohibited Activities:

Illegal drug use or possession

Excessive alcohol consumption leading to disorderly conduct

Harassment, discrimination, or violence toward staff or other customers

Damage to property or equipment

Violation of Vietnamese law, including laws against prostitution and human trafficking

Creating excessive noise that disturbs neighboring premises (in compliance with Decree 282/2025)
6.2. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to any customer who violates these Terms, appears intoxicated, or poses a safety risk, without refund.
6.3. Compliance with Noise Regulations: In accordance with Vietnam's Decree 282/2025, we maintain sound insulation standards and monitor noise levels to ensure compliance with national regulations at all times of day.
6.4. Security and Safety: Our premises are equipped with surveillance cameras in common areas (lobbies, hallways, parking areas) for safety and security purposes, in compliance with Decree 96/2016/ND-CP. Recordings are retained for 30 days.
7. EQUIPMENT USE AND DAMAGE LIABILITY
7.1. Proper Use: Customers must use all karaoke equipment, furniture, and facilities in a careful and proper manner.
7.2. Damage Liability: Customers are financially responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment or property during their rental period. Charges will be assessed based on repair or replacement cost.
7.3. Equipment Malfunction: If equipment malfunctions through no fault of the customer, we will attempt to resolve the issue promptly. Extended downtime may result in proportional rental credit or alternative room assignment.
8. FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES
8.1. Outside Food and Drinks: Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted. Exceptions may be made for special dietary requirements or birthday cakes with prior approval.
8.2. Alcohol Service: Alcoholic beverages are served only to customers 18 years and older. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to visibly intoxicated individuals.
8.3. Food Safety: We maintain strict hygiene standards in compliance with Vietnamese food safety regulations. Special dietary requirements should be communicated at time of booking.
9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
9.1. Information Collection: We collect personal information (name, phone number, email, WeChat/WhatsApp ID) necessary to process bookings and provide services.
9.2. Data Use: Your information is used solely for:

9.6. Surveillance Notice: CCTV cameras operate in public areas for security purposes. By entering our premises, you consent to video recording in these areas.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT
10.1. Music Copyright Compliance: We maintain valid licenses with the Vietnam Center for Music Copyright Protection (VCPMC) and Recording Industry Association of Vietnam (RIAV) for all karaoke content.
10.2. Recording Prohibition: Customers may not record audio or video for commercial purposes or public distribution without our express written permission.
10.3. Trademark: "Lucky 2000 KTV" and our logo are trademarks owned by us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
11.1. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Customers are advised to secure valuables.
11.2. Personal Injury: While we maintain safe premises, we are not liable for injuries resulting from customer negligence, intoxication, or failure to follow staff instructions.
11.3. Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or public emergencies.
11.4. Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service session in question.

12.2. Resolution Timeline: We will acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and endeavor to resolve issues within 7 working days.
12.3. Mediation: In accordance with Vietnam's Law on Protection of Consumer Rights, disputes may be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration before resorting to court proceedings.
12.4. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Vietnamese courts in Ho Chi Minh City.
13. CONSUMER RIGHTS (VIETNAMESE LAW)
13.1. Right to Information: You have the right to receive accurate and complete information about our services, pricing, and policies as guaranteed under Vietnam's Law on Protection of Consumer Rights (Law No. 19/2023/QH15).
13.2. Right to Safety: You have the right to safe services and equipment that meet Vietnamese safety standards.
13.3. Right to Complaint: You may file complaints with us directly or with consumer protection authorities if you believe your rights have been violated.
13.4. Right to Compensation: In cases of service defects or violations of consumer rights, you may be entitled to compensation as provided by Vietnamese law.
14. SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL GUESTS
14.1. Language Support: We provide service in Vietnamese, Mandarin Chinese, and basic English to accommodate our diverse clientele, particularly Chinese-speaking guests.
14.2. Currency: While Vietnamese Dong (VND) is our primary currency, we accept major foreign currencies (USD, RMB) at current exchange rates.
14.3. Cultural Respect: We welcome guests from all backgrounds and expect mutual respect for Vietnamese culture and law.
14.4. Tourist Information: We are happy to provide recommendations for dining, transportation, and attractions in Ho Chi Minh City.
15. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AND LOYALTY PROGRAMS
15.1. Terms of Promotions: Special offers, discounts, and loyalty programs are subject to specific terms and conditions announced at the time of the promotion.
15.2. Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional programs with reasonable notice.
15.3. Non-Transferable: Promotional benefits are generally non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lucky 2000 KTV regarding use of our services.
