By accessing and using karaokelucky.com and by making a reservation or visiting Lucky 2000 KTV (171 Cho Lon Street, District 6, HCMC, Vietnam), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. RESERVATIONS & BOOKINGS
All reservations made through our website booking form, WeChat (@louisthinhle), or WhatsApp (+84 8888 2468 1) are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A booking is confirmed only when you receive explicit confirmation from our staff. We reserve the right to decline any reservation at our discretion.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices published on karaokelucky.com are accurate at the time of publication. Room rates, food and drink prices are subject to 10% VAT. Staff tips are not subject to VAT. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice. Payment is made on-site in Vietnamese Dong (VND). We accept cash and may accept other payment methods as advised by staff.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or modify a reservation, please contact us via WhatsApp or WeChat at least 2 hours before your scheduled arrival time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee at the venue's discretion.
5. VENUE RULES & CONDUCT
Guests must be 18 years or older to enter Lucky 2000 KTV. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or request departure of any guest behaving in a disruptive, disrespectful, or unlawful manner. Lucky 2000 KTV operates in full compliance with Vietnamese law.
6. PRIVACY
All guest information is kept strictly confidential. See our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Lucky 2000 KTV accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury to guests or personal property beyond what is required by Vietnamese law. Guests are responsible for their own belongings.

9. GOVERNING LAW
